Rugby World Cup 2011

It is here. Finally. We have been hearing about it non-stop for YEARS. The Rugby World Cup 2011 is in New Zealand.  I am not sure if there is anything in America that compares to the World Cup. Perhaps like Dallas hosting the Super Bowl, but it is BIG. Believe me. This is Big for this little country of 4 million.

The opening ceremony was on Friday night, followed by the first game: New Zealand vs Tonga. With the All Blacks winning of course.

Aaron's business partner, Mike and his girlfriend came down for the first game in Dunedin -  Argentina vs England - and took me and Aaron with them to the game.  Dunedin was ALIVE with people and it actually reminded me of a "big" city atmosphere.

We all decided to support the underdogs, Argentina, as Mike owns a business there. Unfortunately England won, but jusssst barely.
